Christiaan van Bueren
As Business Unit Manager at 227 Data Leaders, Christiaan van Bueren leverages his many years of experience in leadership and team building to ensure the right interim data leaders are matched with the right roles. Fluent in both executive and technical language, he effortlessly bridges the gap between strategy, execution, and the right person for the job. His connecting leadership style and sharp eye for talent make him a trusted point of contact for organizations undergoing transformation. In his free time, Christiaan enjoys spending time in nature around Zutphen, where he lives with his wife, son, and daughter.
Geert Meijer
Geert Meijer is Managing Director and Lead Consultant of 227 Data Leaders. After studying Law, he worked at the publicly traded Wolters Kluwer in various management roles for 11 years. He founded 227 Search in 2001 and 227 Data in 2015. Combining many years of senior management experience in business with almost 25 years of experience in executive search and interim mediation. Since 2015, with 227 Data, he has operated almost full time in the mediation of data analytics professionals. A world that he enjoys with great interest and within which he has enjoyed building a large network. Geert is a father of two (almost) graduated data engineers and lives in Veghel with his girlfriend and dog. With golf, padel, running, skiing and hiking, he is an active sportsman and outdoorsman.
Ella Nooren
In September 2025, Ella Nooren started as Field Manager at 227 Data Leaders. She uses her years of experience in talent development to match the right data professionals to relevant assignments and guide them in their further careers. Ella speaks the language of both professionals and clients and effortlessly bridges the gap between ambition, execution, and the right match. For Ella, work is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to make a real difference. As a mother of two young children, she brings the same care and attention to her work as she does to her private life. She has lived in Portugal for over 25 years, where she combines her passion for making an impact in careers with her love of hiking, cooking, and good food. Outside of work, she can often be found on the beach, in the woods, or on a terrace, enjoying the Portuguese sun.
Roos Schilder
Roos Schilder is Lead Marketing & Staffing at 227 Data Leaders. With her academic background in Economics & Business Economics (BSc) and Business Development (MSc), she discoverd her interest in the combination of strategy, people, and organizational development. In 2023, she joined 227 Data as a Talent Sourcer. Since September 2024, Roos has been employed full-time, combining marketing with recruitment. In her role, she coordinates customer requests and, together with the team, ensures that the right data professional ends up in the right place. In her spare time, she enjoys coffee in the sun, fresh groceries from the market, a hockey game, or an evening of cooking with friends.
Peter Hendriks
Peter Hendriks is a regular partner at 227 Data Leaders. After studying Business Administration, he spent for many years holding international board and management positions at Wolters Kluwer, Springer Nature, Sanoma and Brill. In 2020, he joined 227 as a shareholder and boardroom consultant. Additionally, he is currently active as a commissioner, advisor and investor in the content and data sector. He also serves as vice chairman of the KNLTB. Peter is a father of two daughters and a son and lives with his wife in Doorn. Playing tennis and padel, of course, as well as golf and cycling, Peter is also an active sportsman.
The team is supported by a team of researchers, mostly (graduated) Master students from Utrecht. Together, we work with passion and enthusiasm from our office at Euclideslaan 265 in Utrecht.
